TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– To enter, entrants must use a blank A4 piece of paper. Complete all details on the back of each submission including the name of parent/carer, contact number and email address. Hand in completed entry to the Forbes Stynes Prestige Property Jindabyne office.  Shop 18A, Nuggets Crossing, Jindabyne (Next to Westpac Bank).

– The promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received or are received late.

– Entries without contact information will not be considered.

– All entries will be the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrants.

– Entries will be judged by the Forbes Stynes Prestige Property team on Tuesday 7th January, 2025. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning granting of prizes. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.

– There will be two prizes for each age group, 0-5yrs and 6-12yrs, best drawing and most imaginative design, who will each receive a $50 voucher to Monchichi (0-5 years old category) and Time 2 Ride (6-12 years old category).

– The prizes are not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash.

– The prize winners names will be published on the Forbes Stynes Prestige Property social media pages. The parent/guardian of the prize winners will also be notified by telephone on Tuesday 7th January 2025.  Prizes to be collected from the Forbes Stynes Prestige Property office in Jindabyne.
