With just  20 shareholders, each member gets rights to 84 bed nights per year peak season! During Summer and off season no bed nights count.

The property comprises of 3 apartments – a 3 bedroom, a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom. Once you purchase you are part of a co-operative meaning you have a share in the lease and access to all 3 apartments!
