Each room features flat-screen TVs, tea/coffee facilities, bar fridges, and bespoke Austrian furnishings. Three bathrooms have been recently upgraded, with materials on hand for a fourth. Staff rooms present further income potential if converted for guest use.
Dining & Bar:
The 45-seat restaurant is a local favourite, booked out weeks in advance during winter. Guests enjoy generous portions of classic alpine dishes—Swiss fondue, French La Potence, Bavarian schnitzel, and Austrian Tiroler Gröstl—served in a warm, wood-accented setting. The adjoining “Stubl” private dining room (seating 10) and a vintage French gondola-turned-dining-pod offer unique experiences yet to be fully capitalised on. The bar, styled as a German Weissbier and Schnapps Bar, is licensed to midnight and spills out onto a sun-drenched balcony in summer. With early and late seatings, the venue regularly exceeds 110 covers per night in peak season.
